Board of Directors


The Board of Directors of Johnston-Vermette, which is comprised of an independent member and of internal members of the company, has the function of developing effective, efficient and transparent governance policies and practices. Specifically, the Board has the responsibility and competence to:

  • Ensure an ethical governance;
  • Define and communicate the mission, vision, and strategic axes of the firm;
  • Supervise the conduct of business of the organization;
  • Ensure the follow-up of its decisions and be accountable for results.
